The Rio Verde Horsemen's Association (RVHA) is continually looking for ways to better serve our members and the extended community. This system will not require you to be a member of the RVHA, any social media platforms, download any potentially confusing phone apps, or subscribe or pay for any additional services.  We have developed a text-based system that will alert the phone number that you provide in the event of any fire in the immediate area or serious accidents that may cause delays or extended closures of Dynamite/Rio Verde Drive or other roads nearby.  Our goal is to build upon this system to provide other critical information automatically concerning our community and allow you to decide what information/notifications you will want to receive based on level of priority.  You will also choose if you want to receive notifications 24/7 or only during normal waking hours.
